Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the Sewcialites 2 Quilt Block 12 post with all of the details and the link to the free PDF pattern. This block marks the half-way point in this sew along! I’m really starting to get a feel for what my final quilt will look like.

Block 12 Details, Tips, and Pattern Link
This week’s block is the Captivate block designed by Barbara Groves of Me & My Sister Designs. It features two nine-patch units along with eight half-square triangles divided into two units. I was actually able to use some leftover half-square triangles from my Favorite Things sewing last fall. And I used strip piecing for the nine-patch units to save a little time and not have to worry about cutting all of the tiny squares. You can go here for today’s pattern or click on the button below.
