Hello, friends, and happy Saturday! Today I’m sharing the Saturday Seven 363: Lifestyle & More for Quilters post with a variety of fun and inspiring things I’ve found from around the internet this week. I plan to do a little organizing and a little sewing. And my number one task is going to finalize my list of things I think I can finish before Christmas, lol! I hope you’ll find some ideas and inspiration here for your weekend and the week ahead.

Saturday Seven 363: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self-Care
If you’re already feeling anxious and stressed about the upcoming holidays, you’ll definitely want to read this short article “There’s Not Enough Time.” It will take you just a couple of minutes, and I know I felt better after this quick pep-talk! I also loved this piece with reminders to say “no” in November.
2. Recipes to Try
I’m making this Terriyaki Chicken Alfredo right away. It’s from one of my favorite food bloggers, and somehow, I missed it when she first posted the recipe. I’m going to try these Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers…they’d be perfect for a Thanksgiving appetizer and wouldn’t require using the oven! And finally…Brown Butter Pumpkin Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies–need I say more?!
3. Quilt + Sew
First, I want to mention that the Strawberry Lemonade reprint fabrics are available in shops now. I’ve had a couple of emails recently about this. You can find a great Strawberry Lemonade selection including some precuts here. And this petite fat quarter bundle with 12 fat quarters is such a perfect mix to start any project. Next, my friend Vicki has these darling pillows on her couch now. She got the free fall pillow patterns here. Finally, I was very honored to have a photo of me and Chelsi included in Barbara Brackman’s Quilt Market color-trends post!
4. Book + Podcast Recommendations
This week there are lots of podcast recommendations–I’m hoping to finish up a couple of books this weekend to share with you soon. If you need meal suggestions, I suggest 168 Hours of Meals from Best of Both Worlds. And this week Cal Newport shared Simple Focus Protocols. If you love planning, you’ll enjoy Reflection Season on Best Laid Plans.
5. More Quilt Market Booths
Yesterday on our YouTube channel we shared another video with designer booths. Be sure to check it out! Also, you can see our annual designer photo. We love taking this photo each year at the conclusion of the first day of the show!
6. Holiday Prep
Not your typical holiday prep link…but I loved this list of conversation starters for your next get-together. There are a variety of lists depending on how well you know the people at the table. I’m super excited to curate a list for our family meal from this post. And if you’re looking for fall decor ideas for quilters, you might enjoy this Fall Quilt Decor post…and this one!

Sherry, where did you get the beautiful pomegranate floral in the vase with the fall table cover? I have a vase very similar that was my mothers and I would love to put it on my table with similar floral.
Thank you.
