Coastal Stars Fat Quarter Quilt in Coastal Breeze Fabrics
Coastal Stars Pattern Details
My Coastal Stars quilt is a larger block quilt with a delightful pinwheel center. I’ve also used a variety of the low-volume prints from the Coastal Breeze collection in those center pinwheels. It really adds a lot to the design.
This quilt also features a low-volume sashing although a darker or lighter sashing could also be used. I used the Coastal Breeze tone-on-tone print for the background and the larger floral on aqua for my border. The binding is the same as the cornerstones you see here–the aqua gingham. This is definitely a quilt that can also easily be made larger or smaller depending on the number of blocks you make and the borders you add. It finishes at 79″ x 79″.
