I’ve recently finished some projects and am sharing photos of one of them in today’s post. My Endless Summer quilt in Coastal Breeze turned out lovely as you will see. I’m working on binding that quilt along with one of Chelsi’s this weekend, and I’m also trying to get things organized in my sewing room. We’ve had some lovely weather including some much-needed rainfall, and so it’s finally feeling like the summer season has officially ended. Keep reading for all of the weekend inspiration 🙂

2. Recipes to Try
This Easy Chicken Pot Pie with Puff Pastry looks amazing. I also want to try this Sheet Pan Italian Sausage and Gnocchi for dinner now that it is cooling down. And for dessert, these Dulce de Leche Cheesecake Bars look amazing!
3. Quilt + Sew
In quilting and sewing news, I got my Endless Summer quilt in our Coastal Breeze fabrics back from Marion this week. I’m still working on the binding but am so in love with this one I had to share it today. I’ll be teaching this at a retreat in 2027, but the pattern is one I previously made with my Walkabout collection and is available now.
4. Book + Podcast Recommendations
I started and am really enjoying The Q, another book by the same author who wrote the Emma M Lion series that I’ve been loving so much. The next Emma M Lion volume doesn’t come out until February, so I thought I’d try this one, and I am enjoying it! (Find all of the first eight Emma M. Lion books in a set here). Since I usually read non-fiction, these novels have really been a treat this fall!
