I just returned home yesterday from an exciting trip to the Moda Headquarters and can’t wait to share a bit about it with you next week! I’ll be unpacking this weekend and then getting to work with some lovely new fabrics!

I loved this article on what does and what doesn’t make us happy. There is so much food for thought here. Also, I’ve been doing my summer planning and it’s helping me feel so much better about my time for the next couple of months

2. Recipes to Try

I can’t wait to try these Perfect Banana Pancakes–I do love all things banana! I’m definitely going to try this marinade the next time we grill chicken. And I just made this Strawberry Crunch Salad last weekend. It was delicious!

3. Quilt + Sew

First…did you hear? Strawberry Lemonade is being reprinted! We were over the moon happy when we got the news last Monday. Be sure to ask your favorite shop if you can pre-order from them based on their re-order! I’m super excited to be sewing along once again this year with the Fat Quarter Shop Star of Wonder Mystery Quilt Along this summer. 4. Book + Podcast Recommendations

This book is a little different than my usual recommendations. But I love the ocean and am in love with this book! (I think it’s going to help me get through the summer heat here until I can get away for a little vacation to the ocean). And Gretchen Rubin’s most recent podcast shared Easy Helpful Hacks for Summer!

While I often start organizing in the spring, it seems I actually accomplish more in the summer.
