Hello, friends, and happy Saturday! Well, I made it through Thanksgiving and have been enjoying not having to cook after so much work Wednesday and Thursday–totally worth it, but, well, it’s nice to put up my feet now! I’m sharing today’s Saturday Seven 261: Lifestyle & More for Quilters with lots of fun ideas for your weekend. I’ve also got a few of my favorite things to share today–enjoy!

1. Self-Care

I believe practicing gratitude is one of the most healing things we can do–so I loved this “20 Little Attitudes of Gratitude List.” And this piece on “How the Feeling of Pointlessness Can Derail Us” (I’ve definitely felt that way before) was very good. Finally, this list of “10 Things You Can Do this Week Instead of Online Shopping” is a good list!

2. Cook

Looking for a festive holiday appetizer? This Snowman Cheese Ball is adorable. Here is a good Turkey Pot Pie recipe if you’re wondering what to do with leftover turkey. 4. Bookshelf

I know I shared this cookbook before–but I absolutely love it! We made the Green Bean Casserole and the Make-Ahead Gravy this week and they were both incredible. I can’t wait to try more recipes! Tranquility by Tuesday is the perfect gift for you or anyone you know who needs a little less stress. I’m on year two of this List a Day Journal–it’s fun to see the changes each year. It would also make a terrific gift.
