I haven’t even listened to the episode, but had to immediately order your Home for the Holidays book from the photo of the wall quilt from the episode. It is so pretty! I’ve been wavering about it since it was announced, but now I must have it, and I will! Thank you both for such a fun and informative pidcast. It got me through the worst part of the pandemic, and now it’s a bright spot for my long drive to work each day! Give Billy some love also, he keeps y’all in line! 💜💜💜

Hi Sherri and Chelsea
Your comments in this podcast episode really hit home with me. Referring to the resurgence of quilting after the bicentennial, and the early quilt teachers from the 80’s and 90’s. I began quilting in 1981 and took a deep dive. I had only sewn clothes up to that time. My quilting life took on a life of its own! I have been a quilting teacher and employee of a local quilt shop, Guild member and member of several small quilting circles. I am still constantly planning and making several quilts at a time. The peace and happiness I get from quilting forms a huge part of my life. I have taken classes from so many of the teachers you mentioned. And they have all contributed so much to my technique and love of the craft. Thanks for the trip down memory lane and keep stitching. Jane
