Hello, friends! Today I’m super excited to be sharing my Maple Sky Remix Fat Quarter Quilt + Mini quilt version. I originally designed these quilts several years ago but decided Bountiful Blooms was the perfect collection to remake them. I’ve updated the larger quilt design and also added the mini quilt into the new pattern as a bonus.
Maple Sky Remix Fat Quarter Quilt + Mini
Maple Sky Quilt Details
I absolutely loved mixing low-volume backgrounds for all of the large blocks. And below are all of the details and pattern link:
- The large Maple Sky quilt finishes at 62 ½” x 76”
- 1 Fat Quarter Bundle for Leaves and Stems (Should contain at least 15 Medium/Dark Prints for Leaves and Posts, 2 Dark Prints for Stems and 3-5 Light Prints for Large Block Backgrounds)
- Background: 2 ¼ yards
- Outer Border: 1 yard
- Binding: ⅝ yard
- Backing: 4 yards

Mini Quilt Pattern Details
The mini quilt version is included in the pattern. I made the white border smaller in my quilt above and added a darker border (this is a little different from the pattern directions). Details are below:
- The Mini Quilt finishes at 21 ½” x 21 ½”
- Use 1 Layer Cake for Leaves and Stems (Variety of Medium/Dark Prints for Leaves and Dark Prints for Stems)
- 3 Assorted Low Volume/Light Prints for Large Block Background: 1 F8 each or add ⅜ yard to the Background yardage to use only (1) Background.
- Background: ½ yard
- Binding: ⅜ yard
- Backing: ¾ yard
