I’m excited to share our Family Favorites Sew Along Month 1 blocks and notes. Laguna Sunrise fabrics have shipped, and it’s time to start our quilt along using the Brightly Sampler from our Family Favorites book! Keep reading for all of the details. This sew along is going to be super fun and also easy to keep up with as we are just making a couple of blocks each month. We’ll also have some surprises along the way, so stay tuned!

Sherri’s Blocks
I pieced the original Brightly Sampler using our Laguna Sunrise fabrics. So I’m going to sew along with the red and green prints from our Raspberry Summer collection. I’m super excited to have a fun red and green version of this quilt that will be perfect for Christmas!
Chelsi’s Blocks
Chelsi is going to sew along using the red and navy prints from our Raspberry Summer collection. She is super excited to share her plan each month with you and already has all of her blocks planned out!
Month 1 Video
Watch this month’s sew along video above or watch it on our YouTube channel. You can see the blocks up close and hear a little bit more about the sew along. Chelsi and i will sometimes film these videos separately and sometimes together depending on our schedules.
Next Month:
Next month we’ll be making two more blocks. Be sure to stop by on Thursday, November 28th for all of the details and more.
Happy quilting!

I want to get this First Month pattern so I can sew along with you. How soon can I get it? Thank you

It’s available now in the book 🙂

I want to do mine like the one on the book. I see the fabrics along the left side of the page but the diagrams don’t say which fabric goes where and the photo is too small to tell! Is there a key available?
