Hello…happy Friday, and happy December! It’s the first of the month which means I have a parade to share! The November quilt was a fun Christmas mini (pattern information below) that is perfect for a wall-hanging, table topper, or pillow top!
Leading off our parade is this delightful scrappy version by Brenda! I just love
all of the different fabrics she used from a variety of different Bonnie & Camille collections (and a few others, too, I think).
Karen also pieced a scrappy version of this quilt…and she had a fun border fabric in her stash as well, so she made her quilt just a little bit bigger. I love this one, too!
And here is Hildy’s version…so fun in all classic Bonnie & Camille aquas, reds, and greens!
My quilt is started (I finished one block…but I’m really trying to finish up my log cabins first), so I will be sharing it later this month! There will also be more quilts over on Michele’s blog, Island Life Quilts, later today, so be sure to watch for them!
Just a few details on our January 1st parade: We would love to have lots of participation to start off the new year…please send in a photo of your favorite handmade Christmas project from this year (it doesn’t have to be Christmas-themed–it could be something you made for a Christmas gift). We’ll have a fun parade for January on January 2nd and then announce the project for that month on that day (participants from this month will receive the January pattern for free–we’ll be in touch)!
Thanks so very much for stopping by, and again, happy December!
