I know the official start of spring is still a month away. But it was time to change out the quilts for the ones that just say “beautiful days and temperatures are almost here!” The first spring quilt to come out of the closet was my “Sea Glass” quilt made with Amy Butler’s Daisy Chain line. I hung this quilt on a hallway wall that I can see from my kitchen, and I smile everytime I walk by or notice it out of the corner of my eye.
Of course nothing says “spring” more than my 3 Verna quilts–so they are all “out and about” and part of the home decor right now as well! What fabrics or quilts say “spring” to you?

I'm thinking spring too. The birds are starting their 'spring' song. It's a little different than their 'winter' song 😀

Spring is my favorite season so I'm anxious to start pulling out a variety, too. Pastels, 30's, etc all say spring to me. 🙂

Your quilts are just breathtaking… so soothing to look at. I love those fabrics! Daylight Savings begins in 18 days… I think it's worthy of celebrating & the sooner the better! I think I'll break out my Spring quilts too… nevermind that it was 30 degrees this mornig!

I made a tulip wall hanging yesterday. It was my "I NEED SPRING NOW" fight against SAD and the gloomy weather here. Now that it's hanging, it really does feel like spring is coming, despite snow on the ground.
Your quilts, as usual, are beautiful!

I'm getting ready to unroll by Verna Jelly Roll! I don't have any idea what I'm going to do with it, but maybe if I gaze at it long enough, something will come to mind. Is there anything better than Verna?!
