Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the A Quilting Life Quilt Block of the Month September 2025. This month’s center block is a happy little basket block. Keep reading for all of the details and for this month’s video.

September Block Details
I do love basket blocks, and this one goes together quickly and easily. There are half-square triangles to make in two different sizes along with some background rectangles. As directed in this month’s pattern you will trim the half-square triangles down to the exact size. You could also use triangle paper (especially for the smaller hsts to improve accuracy).

Where can I find the information about the sashings for the block of the month? I am not finding that anywhere?

But it will be in the finishing pattern in December as well.
