Happy Wednesday…although I’m busy getting ready for International Quilt Market I’ve had a little time to work on a few projects this week. My “Jumping Jacks” quilt has been sitting on a chair since Labor Day weekend when I last worked on it. I finally got the outer border picked out, cut, and pieced! I’ve also started a new project with these fabrics…
and am making a bag for market with them. I’m in love with the Fig Tree navy and aqua prints from Aloha Girl and know this will be a great color combination for any time of year!
I can’t stop making these log cabin blocks either…slowly but surely I’m getting a little collection of them! I’ve had to restrain myself from starting scrappy Christmas log cabins until I get a quilt top with these. But once this quilt top is finished the Christmas cabins project is fair game!
Thanks so very much for stopping by!

Can't wait to see your finished Jumping Jacks quilt. I just finished a Union Jack quilt top for my daughter's graduation and it is lovely. Your fabrics are gorgeous so I'm dying to see your version.

Your quilts are just beautiful. I especially like your log cabin blocks. I have a question. I have been trying to find an 8 inch log cabin ruler. Do you have any suggestions? No one seems to carry anything but an 8 inch curvy log cabin ruler.
Enjoy Quilt Market. Can't wait to hear all about it.

I know Aloha Girl is going to be a favorite line of mine, just like California Girl is. Thanks for the sneak peek and have a ball at market!
