Market…it’s just around the corner. I actually started reading blogs around market time just a few years ago and have always wanted to go. I’ve really appreciated the market reports others have done in the past and have always found the best links to these posts from Pam (plus Pam and her friends make some pretty fun market videos)! You can always get to the main page for the links on Pam’s blog by clicking on the Quilt Market Logo on my sidebar (oh, and this very cute logo was designed by the amazing Monica)! This year, finally, I’ll get to attend! So…I have a question for you…what do you want to see? I plan on doing several market posts when I return home and would love to know what you want to know about and what you want to see pictures of! Leave a comment on this post–and I’ll do my best to post about as much as I can.
In the meantime, I’m trying to cram a long list of “to-do’s” into just a few days. I’m also making some new bags for market…using scraps from market projects I’ve sewn. One of my favorites so far uses Stephanie’s “Oak Park Bag” pattern (pictured above in Bliss). If you can guess which upcoming line of fabric I’m using for my new version of this bag I’ll put you in a drawing to win a copy of the pattern (compliments of Stephanie). If you’re making suggestions for market, just leave your guess along with that comment–no need for a second one. Thanks so much…and have a great day!
