Recently I was asked to review an on-line service which promises to make life easier for quilters. The Quilt Pattern Shoppe is an on-line quilt pattern shop with a unique twist: all patterns are available for immediate download. Patterns are searchable by type, designer, and even quilting technique; there are bag patterns, baby quilt patterns, holiday quilt patterns, home decor and even organizational supply patterns. Patterns are also searchable by difficulty level, making this an ideal way for a beginner quilter to choose a pattern.
I know many quilters do a lot of shopping on-line, and being able to instantly down-load a pattern saves not only time waiting for the pattern to arrive but also shipping costs. I think the idea is a great one! Pattern designers can also benefit from this website by arranging to sell their patterns through The Quilt Pattern Shoppe!

Did you know that The Quilt Pattern Shoppe is run by Daniel Purcell, son of Bob and Heather? The nicest young man. In fact, he and his family will be moving here and working for Superior sometime this summer.
I blogged about the site also a few weeks ago, too. In fact, I won 2nd prize in their give away and down loaded a very cute pattern from them. So easy to do. I loved having an instant pattern to work with.
How did you come about testing their site?
