Welcome to the fifth post in my Moda Bella Solids-Along Series. I have three more blocks to share!
This is Kate Spain’s block pieced using Bella Cobalt (9900-227) and Bella 30’s Blue (9900-25). You can download the pdf here.
Next I pieced Kathy Schmitz’s block using Bella Mango (9900 222) and Bella Capri (9900 225). PDF available here.
Finally, I pieced Lauren & Jessi Jung’s block using Bella Robin’s Egg (9900 85) and Bella Raspberry (9900 140). PDF here.
And here are all 15 so far. Even though I added more blue this week, I’m still planning on some more blue for my next blocks. And a little more gray. And orange…that’s the plan for now!
I’d love to have you leave a comment today if you’ve been making some of these blocks…I’m doing a little planning for the parade and want to start lining up the prizes…
Thanks so much for stopping by. I think I’ve recovered from market and even have some sewing to share next time!
PS Craftsy is having a wonderful Memorial Day sale this weekend with proceeds from every class going to benefit a veteran’s organization. Some of the classes are even 60% off right now, so if you were thinking about taking a class, now is a good time to sign up.

Sherri – I'm not following the block along but just had to tell you how amazing all the blocks look together. You really have made them pop with the color combinations you have used so far. I think more blues and oranges will look terrific. When I looked at all the blocks together, I thought that a patriotic of red, white and blues would look fantastic with these blocks. I'm going back and bookmarking the pdf's of the blocks for another someday project. Thank you for showing us this project – it really made my afternoon!!

Your blocks are so pretty!
I am making all of the blocks. I'm eager to get started on these new ones. How many more will you feature on your blog?

So lovely. I love the three you are doing this week–fabulous, all. I did a solids quilt last year, but nothing as fun as yours, with all the different blocks.
Love them all together!

The blocks are wonderful Sherri. I am so NOT a 'solids' person…I've been trying…but until now I just couldn't get excited over solids…I think you just 'turned me' around! Thanks…a happy new follower
