Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend! I’ve been working on finishing up my pumpkin blocks–I highly recommend these blocks if you love pumpkins and fall!
I’ve finished up all sixteen blocks needed for the Mini Pumpkins wall hanging,
and it’s hard to choose a favorite! Every time I finished a block I went on to make another that I like just as much or more!
I love how there is a good mix of tall and short pumpkins and that there are two stem variations…with a leaf and without.
I sure love the tall single fabric pumpkins!
And the short single fabric pumpkins!
Of course the tall scrappy pumpkins are just too cute!
And the short scrappy pumpkins with the leaves…these might have to be my favorites!
But now I have a dilemma…do I make the Mini Pumpkins wall hanging…or do I make a smaller wall hanging and use several pumpkin blocks for a pillow? Or I could make some of my Maple Sky Mini leaf blocks for a fun fall pillow? Decisions, decisions! I need to decide fast because I’m ready to get out all of the fall quilts (which I didn’t do this weekend because I was sewing pumpkin blocks)!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

I'll vote for the full-sized mini and maple pillow. But what do you have the space for?? The orange fabric is luscious!!

Every one of those pumpkins is adorable!

I spent the weekend making mini pumpkins too! At first, I thought I'd arrange mine into a table runner, but after laying them out this way and that, I went for the original mini wall hanging. Like you, I love them all!

I love your pumpkins and they are really cute and fast to sew! I vote for the full size wall hanging and make some more pumpkins and some of your maple leaves for a 16" or 20" pillow. Mmmh, know you got me thinking perhaps I'll make a pillow too.

Those are adorable little pumpkins! Reminds me of the little ones the kids would get during a field trip to a pumpkin patch – so cute!

Your pumpkins look great. I just finished quilting mine, just binding left. I like Hildy's idea. I need some fall pillows!

So sweet! I like big quilts, so I would vote for the biggest one you could make, make a few maple leaf pillows for the sofa…what a great way to bundle up on those crisp fall nights ( I say that as we're having a heat wave here!!).

Sherri, love your mini pumpkins. Can I ask, what is the background fabric you are using? A linen? Thank you.

Your pumpkins look beautiful Sherri! You got me inspired again tonight. 🙂
I'm not as far along as you are, but at least I did some sewing on them tonight. I wish I could find the rest of my Fig Tree oranges, but no luck. That's what you get when you move things from one room to another too many times. 🙂 I hope I can get it done enough to share by the 1st! Hugs, H
