I finally put the border on my quilt, “A Quilter’s Journey” designed by Leanne Beasley. I’m not sure why it took me so long–I actually finished this quilt at the end of May. I’m still trying to decide whether or not to hand quilt this one; it’s not a really big quilt, so I just might tackle the hand-quilting in January.
I finished the October block from Lynette Anderson…just in time, since the November one should be coming out soon. I love these little blocks; the animals have such fun “personalities!”

Sherri, I love the quilt. It has so many different “looks” in it. Very nice. I can’t wait to come over tomorrow!

Your Quilter’s Journey is just wonderful…oh and the basket (I must try one of those) and the bag…I love it, but it has a zipper and that just scares me to death. What a nice treat for a friend.

I would definetly go for handquilting on Leannes…I did on both of mine and I just love how it matches with all the stitcheries… :o)
Hmmm…this bag pops up at so many blogs… love your colourchoice of it…maybe I have to get a go on this one… ;o)

I love your “Quilter’s Journey” quilt. I finished mine last year and it’s still in the ‘need to be quilted’ pile. I’ve been thinking about starting “Leanne’s House” soon.
