Today I’m sharing Moda Blockheads 6 Block 6. This week’s block is very striking–and a different size–18″ x 18″ finished! I must not have been paying attention to the block sizes as I didn’t realize we were going to have some larger blocks for this quilt until I started gathering fabrics for block 6. But it’s going to be a lot of fun to have the variety in sizes for our quilts. Keep reading for all of the details for this week’s stunning block.

Block 6 Details
This week’s block is called Moonbeam and is shared by Robin Pickens. You’ll definitely want to visit her blog to see her incredible version(s). Robin always shares a variety of ways to color the Moda Blockheads blocks, and this week she will also be sharing her setting.
I used a mix of Raspberry Summer and Strawberry Lemonade fabrics for my block. I thought it would be super fun and happy to mix the red, orange, and pink fabrics together for a burst of color!
