Hello, friends! It’s time to share Moda Blockheads 5 Block 28, and this is a super fun block designed by my daughter, Chelsi Stratton. I had a ton of fun making my 12″ finished and my 6″ finished versions of Chelsi’s block the other day. Keep reading for tips and the PDF pattern file link.

Moda Blockheads 5 Block 28
Block 28 Details and Tips
I love the simplicity and ease of constructing this block–and the stunning effect. For my 12″ block I used our Strawberry Lemonade focus floral on light for the block center and the corner accents. Then I used two different prints in orange from our Laguna Sunrise collection for the rectangles, flying geese, and center accents.
My 6″ block uses all Laguna Sunrise prints. I love the mix of the two light blues with the tiny flowers for the block center and corner accents. I used my Mini Simple Folded Corners Ruler for the accent pieces and sized fabrics up to use my Bloc Loc ruler for the flying geese in both blocks.

Can’t get a link that works to print off BH5 Block 28. MODA the several weeks hasn’t been posting on time. Some have gotten the Patterns and completed them?
