Hello, friends! It’s Christmas Eve, and I’m ready to slow down and just enjoy the rest of the season: the nativity, the lights, the decorations, and time with my family. I didn’t get everything done that was on my list, but I think I got enough done, and that is good this time of year. I always love the time in between Christmas and New Years and look forward to all of the hustle and bustle today and tomorrow will bring as well as the quieter pace from Friday to the end of the year. Merry Christmas 2025–

Merry Christmas 2025
A New Favorite Christmas Video
I have a new favorite Christmas video this year–the 2025 Light the World Christmas video is just three minutes long and will have your heart.
Thank You…and Best Wishes for a Joyous Holiday Season
I hope the season will bring you peace and joy–or at least hope for the future. I know many are suffering at this time and that also this is a hard season for so many. My heart goes out to everyone who is struggling in any way at this time, and I hope that peace and joy will come to you in the New Year. Thank you so much for your support here and for all of the kindness you share with me and my family.
Merry Christmas!

Thank you so much for your words to those of us struggling to get through the holidays. I lost my son earlier this year and am finding it hard to find any joy currently. When the pain gets to be too much I spend time sewing for charity as I know there are others who need a hug as I do. Thank you for all you give to my fellow quilters and me.

I love your podcasts and watch them all. I would like to use your blog, however, there are so many ads and popups I can’t read it or see anything without the article being covered. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?
PATRICIA G ATKINSON says
Sherri, can you tell us more about the table runner you show on this week’s post? It looks like a couple of vintage handkerchiefs. Is there a pattern for this? It’s beautiful.

It’s actually a cheater print I got about 20 years ago ๐
