Hello! This weekend I finished up a project with the smallest of scraps…and it was just a terrific reminder of how even the smallest scraps can be saved and used to create something you love!
I’ve been challenging myself to use more of my stash this year in projects big
and small…and this Mini Clambake pattern by Thimbleblossoms was the perfect choice for these fun scraps from almost all of the Bonnie & Camille collections.
Actually, I think there might be something in here from every collection other than their first one, Simple Abundance and their upcoming Little Ruby!
The key to a pattern like this is fabric placement. There is one spot in the center of the quilt where I have two light prints touching…that’s about the only change I would make in this quilt.
Now if I can just decide how to quilt this so I can get it up on the wall!
Happy Monday…and thanks so much for stopping by!

Cute, cute, cute! I like how that one red block with the white flowers resembles an OWL!

Love your mini. I have the big pattern of this, but have the little one on my 'wish list'. It is so cute and love that you almost don't need any background fabric for this pattern – even for the big one. Now you have really wet my appetite to get this mini pattern :)!

I love this one! I couldn't resist and used a Gooseberry charm pack for mine but now I know I need another just scrappy one:-)

It looks great. I like the colors. I have been trying to get out of my "box" in preparation to make a scrappy quilt for my daughter. Today I worked with some blocks in that regard… My blog tells what I went through today.
