Hello, my name is Sherri. You already know that I make a lot of these baskets and these cottages. But today I realized that I truly have an addiction–I am addicted to making Heather Mulder Peterson’s “Crossroads Table Runners” from the book Charmed and Dangerous. Above is one made from the line “A Yuletide Blessing.”
And here are two from “Cotton Blossoms.” The top one reminds me of fall, the bottom one seems wintery.
And I also had to have a Halloween one from “Chic or Treat,” and then of course I realized it would be so cute in “Isn’t Christmas Jolly?” by Mary Englebreit! To tell you the truth, I’ve made eight in all–two others were pictured in earlier posts, and one I can’t show because it is a Christmas gift for someone who will immediately recognize that it is for them! I had plans to make at least three more because this is a truly great pattern…but I have been rescued! A good friend dropped by today and brought me some new table runner patterns (and some of them happen to be designed by Heather Mulder Peterson as well). Soon I will have new table runners to share! This addiction has had its benefits…I’m further ahead on Christmas gifts than I’ve ever been!Happy sewing!

I love your tablerunners and I understand your addiction completely … you see I have one too!! I’ve made a total of 8 “zipperphobia” pouches!!! Can’t help myself!! Everyone I know is getting a little zippy pouch for Christmas LOL!!!

the tablerunners are (still) beautiful…if you’re (still) addicted to making more of them I wouldn’t mind if some day one of them would decorate my table *lol*
Seriously, I love how the different fabric lines change the overall look of it…! It’s really a great pattern and I think I now definitely have a new book on my already oh-so-long list ;o)

I am in love with your tablerunners! They are so very lovely!!!
I am glad the pillow reached you safely, and am happy to know that you like it. If you want the pillow to be more snug, you might want to up the pillow form size. 24″ was the largest I could find, and the pillowcase was 24″.
You should have seen me try to stuff that pillow in the envelope at the post office!!! I created quite a sight! 😉

Well Sherri, if this is an addiction, it certainly is a wonderful one! That pattern adapts well to any fabric line, doesn’t it? I don’t have that book, but looking at these runners makes me wish I did! They’re all lovely!
