First, hello and happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend and a wonderful Thanksgiving if you are here in the United States and were able to celebrate with family and friends. Today is pattern release day for the Happy Little Things Block of the Month by Jacquelynne Steves. Today is also the day you can enter her giveaway on each of the eight participating blogs. Be sure to scroll down to the end of the post for all of the giveaway information.
Happy Little Things BOM Border & Finishing
I’ve mentioned in my earlier posts for this sew along that I was really hoping to get this little quilt sewn up before the end of the year. I was hoping I might still be able to work on this one soon–but for those of you who are keeping up, the border and finishing instructions for this year’s quilt along are now available. Visit Jacquelynne’s page here for details and more. If you’ve been sewing along, be sure to share your blocks and finished quilt using the hashtags #HappyLittleThingsBOM and #HappyLittleThingsQuilt.

I loved how April actually wrote thank you notes to seemingly random people who actually made a difference in her life when she took the time to notice, in “You Don’t Know Me”! That’s definitely taking it a step further than anyone else I’ve read, and probably makes it ‘stick’ more!
Thanks for all you share!
Loved the recipe links in your Saturday Seven this week. Pumpkin waffles sound amazing. I always enjoy your Saturday Seven posts.

I am big on feeding my soul with gratitude. I also feed my soul by noticing and appreciating little things every day, like robins pulling worms or the way the light hits a tree.

Fave post is “10 Ways to Practice Gratitude Every Day” ….it’s the ONLY way to be…live every day with a Grateful Heart 🙂 Thank you for chance to win your Give-a-way too 🙂

Hopefully, you’ll get the time to complete your Happy Little Things quilt as I’d love to see it!
I love chocolate and pretzels, so I had to pin the recipe for the Chocolate Covered Pretzel Rods that you linked to in your post.
Happy Holidays to you!

I didn’t read the instructions for the comment before I sent it. I have liked the links to the simplifying life articles.

I ordered your ornament patterns hoping to make one for everyone who comes for Christmas.
I also love your 2020 quilt–so hard to believe it’ll be here in less than a month!

Feeding the Soul resonated with me, and chocolate covered pretzels, too!!
Your videos have inspired and taught me so much! I don’t know if this counts as your most recent Saturday Seven post but I especially liked the video tutorial under #4 Quilt & Sew. You demonstrate how to make a block with partial seam construction. I have been wanting to learn how to do that and your tutorial is very clear. Thank you.

I liked the post “7 simple ways to get ready for Christmas”.
I enjoyed the ten tips on gratitude! Thanks for your inspiration!

My favorite is Feed Your Spirit, especially the post about expressing gratitude towards random people who help you in some way.
My favorite is #4 Quilt and Sew. I don’t know if this counts but I liked your tutorial that popped up on the #4 section on how to make a block with partial seam construction. I have been wanting to make that and your tutorial does an excellent job at explaining it. Thank you.
I think the decluttering one if for me.
Feed my spirit.

I’m familiar with these methods but they are demonstrated well. Thanks.
Feeding the spirit spoke to me the most.
