Happy Friday! Today I have a favorites post which is a mix of this and that: fabric, books, and more!
First up is some favorite fabric…I love the new Bonnie & Camille collection Hello Darling, but I think the strawberry prints in the collection are absolute perfection. I had to get extra of each of them (although the aqua on top is my absolute favorite). I even have a plan for this fabric already…stay tuned!
One of the quilts on my bucket list for the past couple of years has been the Coastal Lily quilt designed by Minick & Simpson. My great great grandmother made a beautiful lily quilt, and so I’ve always wanted to make one.
Thelma of Cupcakes & Daisies made a beautiful version of this quilt and had it quilted by Judi of Green Fairy Quilts…they ended up winning first place for the quilt in Paducah. And…the quilt made the cover of the AQS calendar for 2016. There are lots of other gorgeous quilts included as well. You can find the calendars on sale here.
Another favorite of mine right now is Me & My Sister’s new pre-cut book, Precut Primer.
I was able to sew one of the quilts for this book last spring. I did the 9th grade quilt using the Fig Tree collection Farmhouse, and I can’t wait to share more of the quilt in an upcoming blog tour.
I posted about this pillow last fall, and finally found the perfect pillow form for it here (when I posted earlier I hadn’t been able to find a reasonably priced pillow form in the right size). Now I’m happy to say I’ll be making more pillows with these dimensions…it is just a perfect size for an accent pillow. PillowCubes also has great pillows in a variety of other sizes and in a variety of materials.
Finally…Craftsy is having a weekend supplies sale on all things quilting through Sunday evening at 11:59 MST. Go here to see all the deals.
Thanks so much for stopping by…hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Have to say I am very partial to the "Coastal Lily" quilt and I also got inspired by Thelma's and did one for myself…. love that quilt and you will love making yours.

I just made a quilt with the same design as your 9th grade quilt (mine was for my 12 year old neighbor who has cancer). It's a terrific version of Jacobs ladder, isn't it? Yummy fabrics and patterns on your blog today:)
