Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the A Quilting Life Favorites February 2026 with the most-read posts, finishes and projects, plus those things that I’m just loving right now. I hope you’ll find some ideas or perhaps catch up on some posts you might have missed.
I also can’t believe that it’s nearing the end of the month. It seems like February just rolled in a few days ago. But it will be March this weekend, and I’m ready for it! I have sample yardage to sew with, and I’m also working on finishing up some works in progress.

Made in February 2026
I finished up my January Work in Progress project (my 2025 BOM small sampler) just at the end of last month and am in the same process of finishing up a WIP right now. I think I’ll finish it in February but probably won’t share until next month. I’ve also been working on my 2026 Block of the Month blocks and the recently started Sewcialites 3 Sew Along Blocks. Behind the scenes I’m sewing with sample yardage that is definitely in my top five favorites of our fabric collections.

Five Things I’m Loving Right Now
Here are the top five things I’ve loved through the month of February:
- All Creatures Great and Small–this is my favorite show to watch in the early part of each year. The season finale just aired, so now I have to wait another year. But it’s such a lovely show with incredible acting and beautiful scenery.
- The Correspondent–Such a beautiful novel with so many beautiful passages that I already want to go back and read it again! I hadn’t read fiction in quite a little while, and it was lovely.
- High School Girl’s Varsity Basketball–my husband is an assistant coach, and I’ve followed the teams all season. The girls were such a lovely and inspiring group, and I enjoyed watching them play every game. We traveled with them up to northern Nevada for the state championship tournament last weekend where they made it to the finals. Sadly, this wasn’t their year and they lost the championship game. I’m grateful for all of them and am already looking forward to next season.
- My new headphones–inspired by my granddaughter and a lot of the basketball players I mentioned above! I decided to try these so I could listen more easily to podcasts while sewing and not have the purr of my machine drown out the sound. Win, win!
- These pens. I love the new colors, too!
