Something to Share!

I woke up this morning to this blog post (go check it out, Joanna's new camera bag is amazing!) and realized I could finally share a little bit of my secret sewing! "Stems" is one of Joanna's new patterns that will be released shortly.  I really, really ♥ this quilt!

Joanna's quilter, Dianna, did a fabulous job of quilting (as always)!

This pattern is one you'll want to make...it's easy, fun, and has endless possibilities (I made this smaller version, start to finish, in less than 24 hours).  Joanna gives directions for several different variations in the pattern, and you can further adapt them to make just about any size you want.  I'll be making a larger version for our guest room after market.  This pattern is also a terrific stash-buster project--perfect for using up smaller scraps you've been holding on to!  Okay...back to binding...1 1/4 quilt bindings to go!  Talk to you soon!

(All photos courtesty of Joanna Figueroa)!
