I head out today for International Quilt Market in Pittsburgh! I’m super excited as I’ve never been to Pennsylvania before! My “last minute” project was a patchwork Travel Duffle. This bag is such a great size, and the pattern was excellent!
If you happen to be attending market, please stop by and say, “Hi!” I’ll be giving a Schoolhouse presentation on Fresh Family Traditions Thursday from 12:15 – 1:15 in Room 315. C&T Publishing will be giving away 5 copies of my book, and Moda has donated a Miss Kate kit to make the Century Farm quilt from the book.
I’ll also have a book signing on Friday at 1:00 at the United Notions booth.
I’ll be taking lots of pictures and giving a full report when I get back. Thanks so much for stopping by!

Have a great time at market. I am looking forward to seeing you new pattern. I have to say that I just received a copy of your book Fresh Family Traditions and I love it. I wasn't familiar with your blog or your books or patterns. Being a traditional quilter who uses mainly Civil War or similar fabrics, I have not been a fan of "modern" quilting especially, but you have made me a convert! I love that you have used your quilting heritage to create patterns using lovely bright fabrics and lots of white. Well done!
