I’ve been a fan of Jennfer Chiaverini’s quilt novels for quite some time…so I was really excited to get an opportunity to preview her latest Elm Creek Quilts Novel, Sonoma Rose (Elm Creek Quilts).
While I love all of the books in the Elm Creek Quilts series, the ones set in different historical times have definitely been my favorites. Sonoma Rose is one of those historical novels and is set in California during the Prohibition era; the novel is one of those “can’t put it down” stories, and, well…I haven’t been able to put it down! I just started reading a couple of days ago and am now past the half-way point!
Here is a little summary of the plot direct from the publisher:
Along with sending a copy for me to read, Dutton/Penguin publishers will provide one copy of Sonoma Rose (Elm Creek Quilts) to one of my readers. Just leave a comment on this post, and you’ll be entered to win!
Have a great day! (P.S. Be back soon with weekend sewing).
