Happy Monday! I’m sneaking in just under the wire tonight with the Simply Small parade and new project post.
First up…the new project…the Candy Box table topper or mini quilt…perfect for last minute holiday making and gift giving. The design also works well as a pillow top, or keep making the candy box blocks until you have enough for a quilt.
Today’s parade participants have already been emailed the table topper pattern. It’s also available in my Craftsy shop.
And now for the Patchwork Bag parade. It was so much fun seeing these photos come in this month. I love every one! There are just so many possibilities for these!
I love Donna’s choice of drawstring…rick rack! Cute bag!
And Jackie made a gorgeous Christmas version…love!
I spy some Vintage Modern in Janet’s version!
And Lee’s bag is oh so elegant in deep navy, blue, and silver!
Mindy made a bright version!
And Sharon’s bag is beautiful with satin drawstring cords.
Finally, finishing up the parade is Wendy’s colorful bag…and look at those threads too…great Aurifil colors!
Just for reference…the scrappy patchwork bag pattern is a free tutorial (click tutorials above, then scroll down) here on my blog, and it is also available as a PDF in my Craftsy shop.
Once again, thanks so much to everyone who sent in a photo. I can’t wait to see the table toppers for next month’s parade!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The table topper is great and will keep that one as a plan for last minute gifts. And the bags are incredibly wonderful! May need to revamp my To Do List!
