Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the Saturday Seven 380: Lifestyle & More for Quilters with a roundup of fun things I’ve found from around the internet this week. I hope you’ll be inspired and find ideas for the weekend and your week ahead. (Of note–thank you to those who have recently written to say how much you enjoy these Saturday posts).
Here at home, earlier this week we got more rain! I’m truly so grateful. This rain-loving girl has a hard time with drought. I took a walk yesterday, and it still felt so fresh and clean. Hoping for more next week.
I’ll be doing a little sewing this weekend. I have a list–we’ll see how far I get!

Saturday Seven 380: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self-Care
Sometimes we just need a reminder to Find Joy in the Simple Moments. And if your to-do list is causing you stress, you might want to consider the Two-List Rule. Finally, I loved these ideas for combatting busyness.
2. Recipes to Try
Sheet Pan Gnocchi and Vegetables is on the menu this week. Last summer in Dallas I had some incredible Chicken Piccata. I’ve been trying to find a recipe ever since. I’m trying this one soon, but if you have a tried-and-true recipe for this dish, I’d love to have it!
3. Quilt + Sew
Raspberry Summer Project Packages are shipping Monday. And I have just a few available in the shop. My friend Amy was able to go to QuiltCon this year and wrote a fantastic wrap-up and review post of the event. I definitely have to go one of these days! And this tutorial shares how to use those gorgeous ribbons you can’t bear to part with–make a zipper pouch!
4. Book + Podcast Recommendations
The Good Life Algorithm episode by Cal Newport was quite interesting! And I’m looking forward to this new book by Gretchen Rubin–I’ve read nearly all of her books and loved them.
5. Sale Patterns of the Month at Fat Quarter Shop: Mine!
Fat Quarter Shop is known for having fantastic sales and monthly specials (along with their incredible selection, terrific customer service, and attention to detail. This month their on-sale patterns are mine! Find my paper and PDF patterns available at Fat Quarter Shop on sale for the month of March below.
6. At Home: Spring Cleaning
Clean Mama just started a Spring-Cleaning challenge: week one begins in the bathroom. (There is also a printable checklist in case you miss one of her posts).

This week the article about combating busyness really spoke to me. Good read! I am guilty of “FOMO” so I will be using some of the tips. Have a great weekend!
