Hello! Welcome to block nine of the Quilting Life Mystery Block of the Month Program! I can’t believe there are just a few months left and the quilts will start coming together! This month’s block was originally planned for the final month, but since it used bigger pieces than the remaining blocks I decided to go ahead and post this one now in case some of your supplies are dwindling to smaller cuts and pieces.
This month’s block is simple to piece, and by playing around with the placement of your dark and light fabrics you can achieve a variety of different looks.
I thought about using a background square in the center but ended up having the coral color more dominant by using it in five different units of the block.
The blocks are so much fun all together!
Go here to download this month’s pattern PDF...and if you need access to all of the previous block patterns go here!
Happy quilting and thanks so much for stopping by!

Thanks, Sherri, for another beautiful block. I'm having so much fun making these blocks and can't wait to start putting them together, at the end of the year.

Thanks so much for another great block. I have been making these all year and I am really excited to see how my blocks are coming together. I am using pinks and aqua for my color choice. I love your directions. They are so easy to follow and have helped me improve my quilting skills this year.
