Although it seems like October just arrived, the middle of the month is already upon us…crazy, isn’t it? I have a few things I want to be sure and finish this month, so I thought listing a few goals here might keep me on track! I’ve actually been quilting quite a bit lately, finishing 5 quilts in the last three weeks. I’ve pieced two market quilts for Joanna, one market quilt for Camille, and I’ve also pieced my two new upcoming pattern releases. I’ll be sharing all five of those quilts as soon as I can, but for now here are my October goals.
First, I want to finish my “On a Whim” quilt which I’m piecing using the grey dot from Happy Go Lucky, Moda Bella White, and a variety of Anna Maria Horner prints from my stash. I’m using 20 different prints and have just 4 ½ blocks left to finish!
I definitely want to finish my Schnibbles “Clover” quilt before the parade November 1st, and I also need to bind my new pattern quilts. So that’s about it for October, after all, the month is already half over. I figure if I can get these quilts and projects finished up I’ll be ready to turn my full attention to Christmas gift sewing in November.

That is an ambitious list Sherri but not for you! I've already been working on Christmas gifts but have so many more to go.
Good luck and I look forward to following your progress.

Five quilts???!!!
Okay, now I have to go and take a nap. Sort of kidding there, but how do you get all the grading done and piece all these quilts (can you tell I just finished my grading?).
I love the AMH pieces in that top set of blocks–it will be wonderful when all the way done. And as usual, you introduce me to new fabric lines when I read your blog. Now I to be as productive as you are and get my stash sewn up!

I love the On a Whim blocks. I went to Camille's blog to buy the pattern but it looks different from your blocks. Does the one pattern have both variations?
