Happy Friday! Today I’m sharing some of my daughter Chelsi’s recent finishes for our Hope Chest Quilt Along this month! She’s been sewing up a storm this week!
I love seeing how the Swell Christmas collection is working with this quilt
pattern…so fun…and I love her choice of the holly leaf print for sashing!
She is also using different prints for the backgrounds which I love…and she is sometimes using more than one background in a block…there are so many options with this pattern!
There is still time to enter the quilt along and be in the running for the Fat Quarter Bundle of our The Front Porch fabric! Get all of the details here.
Aahhh…this plaid fabric is so much fun!
If you’re wondering why I don’t have any finished blocks of my own to share it’s because I used all of my available sewing time this week working on a secret Christmas project! I took this to the quilter yesterday and can hardly wait to get it finished! I’ll be making the binding this weekend so it’s ready when the quilt is!
Thanks so much for stopping by…see you tomorrow for the Saturday Seven! Happy quilting!

Do I spy some new Fig Tree fabrics? I'm quite sure I do;-)
I love Chelsi's blocks these Swell fabrics are so sweet I can't wait till they are in stores.
I've already finished my Hope Chest quilt top I've made 4 blocks for a table runner but since there is still time I plan something fun for the backing too. Are you surprised that I use some B&C fabrics for it? No? But I've added some Zen Chic fabrics too to kep it interesting.

The holly print is especially pretty, and love how Chelsi used it in the background. Beautiful fabrics and blocks!

All I can say is "LOVE IT!" You may need to offer a kit in your daughter's version. 🙂 Susan from Kentucky, I can't wait as well!
