Hello and happy Thursday! I’m so happy to have my Mini Pumpkins quilt all finished up (and bound, too)! While I couldn’t get it finished in time for our parade last week, I did finish it later that afternoon…and by the next afternoon my friend Gail had it quilted for me (thank you Gail)!
I had the binding ready to go and stitched it on Saturday evening. It was fun to use one of the green prints from our The Front Porch collection for the binding…I’m going to run out of this one if I’m not careful with holiday sewing coming up!
My background fabric is the Moda Mochi linen in natural, and I used a Moda paintbox print in greens from Erin Michael’s Lush Uptown collection for the backing.
Gail did a fun all-over floral with leaves (she probably gets so tired of doing this one for me…but it’s one of my favorites)!
And I have to share one more Mini Pumpkin quilt…Helen’s version on the navy grunge background (by Basic Grey for Moda) is stunning! Isn’t this just like pumpkins against a midnight sky? I absolutely love this version…I think I need some of this grunge!
If you missed the parade post, you can see all of the other finished Mini Pumpkin quilts and projects here!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
