Hello and happy Wednesday! Today is the day I get to share my project from the new book I Love House Blocks. I had a lot of fun making this quilt a little over a year ago with our Desert Bloom fabric collection.
Now that I have Creekside fabric, I’m seriously considering making this again! My quilter Nathel did a beautiful job of customizing the quilting and added a lot of fun elements to the quilt!
And, there are 13 other fun projects included in the book which features 13 different designers. There are several projects I want to make (I really do love house blocks)!
My quilt is a great size for a wall hanging…and there are several other wall hanging sized projects along with lap-size and larger quilts.
One of my cute little houses made the back cover…so fun! I highly recommend Block-Buster Quilts – I Love House Blocks: 14 Quilts from an All-Time Favorite Block! Happy house block sewing!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

The book looks great! I did a log cabin house quilt last year. It was so much fun, but the pieces were so small. Cut 1 1/4" strips! All by Flavin Glover.
I, too, love house blocks and will have to buy your book.

very tempted by this book, will check it out at the quilt show in august fingers crossed it will not be FPP. I do wish the book shops locally sold quilt books bit they don`t which is their loss they say they will order them but I like to pop in and just browse at the stock
