Hello and happy Wednesday! Today I’m excited to share my newest mini quilt, Flowers in a Row. Now this is something I’ve been wanting to make for quite a little while, so with the start of the new year it seemed like the perfect time to have some fun flowers to brighten up my sewing room!
I designed this to be a wall hanging, but as I was finishing up the binding I
realized that it was also the perfect size to be a little table runner or even a fun pillow front (it finishes up at 12″ x 24″).
I had fun using Fig Tree fabrics for this one and did different scrappy low-volume backgrounds for each block.
Cross-hatch quilting with lines ¾″ apart seemed like the most simple way to get it finished up and on the wall in a hurry!
You can find PDF and paper patterns in my shop this week for just $5.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
