I know I’ve shared this pattern before, but it’s just such a good one that I had to share again. The Divided Basket pattern by Anna of Noodlehead is perfect for your sewing room or for wherever you need a beautiful fabric storage bin.
This is the fourth one I’ve made–and the second one that is a baby gift. You see, diapers fit perfectly in this divided basket! I used ShapeFlex as recommended for interfacing and also added fusible fleece on top of the Shape Flex for the main basket body.
The two divided outside pockets on the front are optional, and they also add some fun contrast to the basket! The center divider is easy to put in and is great for organizing whatever you are storing inside.
All of the exterior fabrics and handles are from the Baby Jane collection by Eric and Julie Comstock for Moda. The interior Chevron print is by Riley Blake.
This basket took under 3 hours from start to finish (but I’ve made 3 others). I’m also making a coordinating quilt (which won’t be ready for the shower today but will be finished before the baby arrives)!
It has been an absolutely busy week this week, so this is the only sewing I was able to do, but it felt so good to be at my machine again last night. I have a whole list of projects on the agenda for this weekend though!
Thanks so much for stopping by!

So cute. I'm currently collecting grey and yellow for a quilt, what line is that on the outside? So fabulous!
