About Coastal Breeze
Here are our thoughts about this beautiful collection: Summer vacations at the coast created magical times for our family. Crashing waves and cool breezes on sunny days, walks along the shore to search for seashells, ice cream always, evenings watching the tide roll in, hanging flowers and plants from balconies, and the crisp smell of salty air framed each day with hope and happiness.
Coastal Breeze recreates those treasured summer days. Beautiful coral, orchid, aqua, blue, fresh green, and soft grey create a palette of the stunning flowers, foliage, and architecture of some of our favorite summers. The Coastal Breeze whimsical florals and prints conjure memories of flower gardens and color-filled window boxes while all the prints reflect an ocean-inspired lifestyle. We’re excited to share this lovely collection with you and see the beautiful projects and quilts you create with it!
A Few More Thoughts Before the Video
Chelsi and I love low-volume prints, and this collection has one of our best groups of these fabrics to date. There are seven low-volume prints not including a beautiful tone-on-tone background fabric that I used every last scrap of from my sample yardage. We have both had an incredible time sewing with this group and cannot wait to share all of our new quilts and projects with this collection.
