Hello and happy Thursday! While my main quilting goal before the end of the month is to finish up my Christmas log cabins…I’ve also been trying to work on my on-going blue and cream quilt as I can. Just last week I was gifted some amazing blues and creams from a variety of Minick & Simpson collections…so of course I had to sew with them right away!
I thought I had bits and pieces of most of the Minick & Simpson collections, but
I found out by looking at the selvedges that there were some collections I wasn’t even aware of! It really was fun to get this bundle of fabric goodies!
Twelve more blocks…still many more to go, but my stack is at least getting pretty tall now. I might have to divide it into two piles so it fits into the project box!
I have more strips ready to sew for this one…(pattern is “On the Plus Side” by Minick & Simpson available in paper and PDF here).
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Blue is probably my favorite color – next to gray. Love the Minnick and Simpson fabrics! Can't wait to see your finished project! Thanks for sharing!

I love your log cabin Christmas quilt. Please tell me if your greens are more the pond or citron from Fig Tree Hazel and Plum Collection. I'm not sure from your website.
Thanks!
