I always have so much fun with Monique’s Blogger Girls Block of the Month quilts! It’s always so fun to see two quilt blocks turn our so differently due to fabric placement. I love the whimsical appeal of both of this months blocks, and I’m loving the Fig Tree reds and greens. I can’t believe I’m finally going to have a red and green quilt!
This is my version one block…
And my version two block. This year, Monique let us submit block designs for her to use in the quilt. This months block inspiration came from JoAnne…I just love it!
My photos last month were a little dark, so I took some new pictures of the blocks from January.
