Happy April 1st! And welcome to our Schnibbles parade! Before we get started, I need to let you know that Carrie will have a wonderful surprise for everyone that has been Schnibbling along with us this year…if you’ve been thinking about joining in, now is definitely the time…more details on this soon! And with all of the gorgeous spring weather we’ve been having, how about a Summer Day quilt to make for April?!
Remember those Flying Geese I needed to trim from a few posts ago? Well, they were the flying geese for my April Schnibbles Summer Day Quilt!
They are all trimmed, and I started making my blocks…but then…we decided to take a little “spring break” getaway (more on that soon)…so I’ll have to finish my Summer Day quilt next week! But now, on with the parade!
Patty J has a double entry for today’s Bibelot parade…T is for Two!
Polly made a gorgeous version using the Curio collection used in Carrie’s original pattern!
Meredith made this Salt Air version…love it!
Shelley made this island themed Bibelot.
Shannon made a table runner with her blocks! Actually, she made 3 table toppers and shares the other two on her blog!
Marti made this version from her stash…a free Schnibble!
And Laura sent this version!
Patty used Circa 1934 for her table topper version!
Paulette also made a fun version using Carrie’s Nine Dots line for the T blocks and some Ruby for her outer border!
Satu made this beautiful version…love the large T she designed for the lower right hand corner of the quilt!
Sharon also used some Salt Air for her smaller version!
Terrie sent this beautiful spring Bibelot photo!
Wendy from the land of Ice and Snow sent this photo (her blog post tells the wonderful story of these two quilts)!
Marica sent this version of our March quilt.
Sandy sent in this fun Sugar Pop version!
And LeAnn created this gorgeous blue and grey version!

What a great parade this month! I can't get over how many there are. Maybe it's the weather? Or could it be the wonderful patterns that Carrie makes? I think that must be it. They're all really pretty!

So much fun to see all the Schnibbles! Hey, I'm making my Sunday is for Scraps quilt from the same fabric you're using for your April Schnibbles — wonder if I have enough scraps for one more quilt?

The parade is so much fun! All the quilts are wonderful! I am also loving the new pattern. I bought a kit for this pattern from Quilt Taffy a bit ago, so I am ready to go this month! 🙂

Mine is still on the design wall. 🙁 I went on a last minute spring break get away with the hubs and didn't get back in time to finish it up before the parade. I'll include it with April's Summer Day if that is okay with you.

I feel like an "also ran". I tried and tried sending my picture to both you and Sinta but with no luck. I feel defeated. Darned internet.–or it might have been me. At least I have a quilt hanging on my grandson's wall to surprise him when he returns from spring break.
