I’ve been wanting to get back to my quilty barn quilt, and Saturday morning I decided to make the adorable tractor block Lori shared on her blog. It was so much fun to make. I think the tractor fabrics go well with my barns…now I just need to get busy and make some more barn blocks.
Lori said she designed the tractor block for the back of the quilt, but I’m going to design a setting with the tractor on the front…it’s just too cute to put on the back!
My first Bee blocks arrived the other day from Melissa! I’m having everyone make Scrappy Trip Around the World blocks using Christmas fabrics. I’m so excited to make this quilt–I’ve wanted to make another ever since I finished the first one!
Congratulations also to Melia Mae Quilting who won the Rustic Rooster giveaway. (GIveaway winners from the Blog tour for have all been contacted, and they are listed on my original post). Thanks so much for stopping by!
Tomorrow I’ll be sharing my progress on the Blogger Girl’s Block of the Month quilt, and of course there will also be a Schnibbles Parade.
Don’t for get that Google Reader shuts down tomorrow! Feedly and Bloglovin’ seem to be the two top choices; however, if you haven’t decided yet on a new reader you can follow my blog by email. Just enter your email in the “Follow By Email” box on my sidebar, and you’ll get an email every time I put up a new post.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Love, Love, Love your barn blocks and tractor. Can I ask where you got the pattern for the barn blocks? Would love to make one for myself. I am originally from WV and have seen a lot of the "Real Barns" with the quilt blocks painted on them. Would love to make this for my 84y/o mother who is still quilting!!
