Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing the Saturday Seven 464: Lifestyle & More for Quilters with a roundup of inspiration I’ve found from around the internet this week. I hope you’ll find some ideas for the weekend and your week ahead.
Here at home, we have sunny skies, but I still plan to be indoors working on some works in progress and doing a bit of organizing and cleaning. The busy season is just around the corner, and I want to be ready for it!

Saturday Seven 464: Lifestyle & More for Quilters
1. Self Care
Feel better fast–here are Seven 5-Minute Decluttering Projects you Can Try Today. Also, here are 31 Journal Prompts for October.
2. Recipes to Try
It’s soup season, and here is a great roundup of 20 yummy soups. Also, I can’t wait to try this High Protein Banana Bread! Finally–not a recipe, but a great way to store leftover pizza–my husband and I can’t eat a full pizza, and this has solved our storage and re-heating problem!

3. Quilt + Sew
We still have lots of new Coastal Breeze quilts to share with you…watch for them coming soon! (I just shared a video for my Coastal Stars quilt on Thursday). Also, the Fat Quarter Shop Sewing Machine Love Quilt Along just started–find all of the details here.
4. Book + Podcast Recommendations
Just arrived and highly recommended: Work Clean: The Life-Changing Power of Mis-en-Place to Organize Your Life, Work, and Mind. I also am a few chapters into this book and already loving it!

5. Project Organizer
This is the project organizer our Moda Marketing Director, Lissa Alexander, is using to organize her Blockheads 7 patterns. And it comes in a lot of different colors, too. Mine arrived the other day, and I can hardly wait to use it. I feel like it’s going to be great for home projects, too! Also, I don’t know why this simple scallop holder for my Post-It Notes makes me so happy!

6. Strength Tribe News
Our strength and fitness group has been working out together for almost three months now with our excellent trainer and fellow Moda designer, Vanessa Christenson. We have all noticed steady improvement and have made this a part of our Monday/Friday routine (8:30 a.m. PST over zoom). We’ll be starting a new session after the first week of November with options for 1, 2, or 3 mornings with us. If you are interested in joining, you can find details here.
