Hello, friends! Today I’m sharing my first two sections for the Jolly Tree Farm Mystery Quilt Along. The finished wall quilt is absolutely darling, and I couldn’t resist sewing along with our Poinsettia & Pear Fabrics. Keep reading for all of the details and to see my finished blocks from week one and week two.

Jolly Tree Farm Mystery Quilt Along
Mystery Quilt Along Week One: Spruced Up Block
Last week Fat Quarter Shop shared the very first pattern for the Jolly Tree Farm Mystery Quilt. The free PDF downloads will be available each Monday for four weeks. Last week’s Spruced Up Block features three darling trees that are scrappy and fun (pictured above)! I followed the pattern instructions exactly, even using the same prints in the same places.

Mystery Quilt Along Week Two: Rejoice Fir-ever Block
The week two pattern, the Rejoice Fir-ever Block is one tree with a cute star overhead. I absolutely love this part of the quilt! Once again, I followed the pattern and even used the same fabrics as the original design.

Next Week’s Pattern
Now that you’ve seen the first two week’s blocks, I’m sure you’ll want to join in the fun! Stay tuned for next week when the week three pattern becomes available. It’s another cute one! Also, if you’d like to see more about the Poinsettia & Pear fabric collection, you can find my introductory post here.
Happy Quilting!

You should be able to download the requirements from the same page you get the patterns. Just scroll down a bit!

Hi Sherrie, I am just about ready to start the jolly tree farm quilt. I am purchasing your layer cake bundle for it but can you tell us what fabric you chose for the white background. Thank you, Laura

I used the tone on tone from our Delightfully Yours group. But any of our recent tone on tone prints will work along with Bella 9900 200.
