Happy National and Worldwide Quilting Day! Of course I had to celebrate by working on a quilt!
My row-along rows are finally out of their project box and sewn together.
I love each and every row, but I do believe the tulips are my favorite (with the baskets and houses following close behind).
Every bit and piece of this quilt came from my scrap bins--so I guess this is technically a "free quilt." I used five fabric collections by Bonnie & Camille for Moda--Ruby, Bliss, Vintage Modern, Marmalade, and Happy Go Lucky. The background is Moda Bella Bleached White 9900-97.
It's folded up and ready for the scrappy border...thanks Lori for designing such a fun project!
Thanks so much for stopping by...and I hope you get to celebrate today with some quilting!

It is a gorgeous top, and I like the tulips best, too!! Looking forward to seeing the border added...
Sherri,
it's just beautiful! Are there special plans for this beauty?
And, a Happy National Quilting Day to you as well!
Your quilt looks awesome Sherri. I still have 3 rows to make. I need to get going on it.
Your quilt is beautiful!
This is incredible, the rows were great by themselves but are absolutely stunning as a put together quilt.
What a great way to spend the day! I am partial to the tulips also and I love the fact that you made the quilt using scraps.

Your quilt is beautiful!!! I wish I had scrap bins like yours!
Every row is cute in the fabrics you've chosen!
I have been pinning all of these, maybe one day I will make one!
Your quilt turned out beautiful! The colors are perfect. I think I like the tulips best also.
you have a spectacular scrap bin.
the fabric might have been "free", but the quilt will be priceless!
love it.
What an extraordinary quilt. And speaking of extraordinary, your book arrived! It's wonderful! Congratulations on putting together such a pretty and fascinating book!
Perfect way to spend the day! It's amazing Sherri!
Love it! It is wonderful that it is all from your scraps, too.
My row along is ready for quilting too. I love the softer colours you used.
You have nice scraps! Mine are yucky! But then everyone elses' scraps always look better than your own. LOL!
Beautiful!! I love how well all of those lines work together.
What a lovely quilt. It is on my to-do list.
Beautiful quilt!!!!
That quilt sure looks beautiful!!!!
I love it! It's so fun to see it all put together!
It looks so beautiful, I love it! Great finish.
Great quilt Sherri and what a fun way to make a quilt by rows. Can't wait to see with borders and thanks for sharing.

Wonderful Sherri! I hope to have mine sewn together sometime this week! (after I finish my pillow: pictures coming soon)
Even more gorgeous than I hoped it would be! I hope this one gets some special quilting treatment to really make the most of it x
Your quilt makes me wish I had done this QAL now! But I also love Bonnie & Camille fabric!
Love this!
I love the part also how you took your time to create this quilt--how long have you been working on it. Then it becomes like an old friend, and we can add different scraps as they become available.
Congrats on getting the rows together--
E.
It looks great! I didn't "find" Lori until just a few weeks ago so I missed the row along but I joined her Barn Along which has already been so much fun!
Love it! Wish I had started it:(
