Welcome to my stop in the Quiltmaker's 100 Blocks Blog Tour...I'm so excited to be here (even if my post did go up a little late)!
I have followed along all of the previous 100 Blocks Blog Tours and have loved the inspiration from the wonderful designs! Of course, I was very excited to be able to be included in Volume 5!
My block is block #484, Summer Garden Dream, and is found on page 65. I used some gorgeous blues and greens from Kate Spain's Terrain collection to make my block.
Summer Garden Dream is made up of flying geese, half-square triangles, and rectangles...some of my favorite "block components," and it goes together quickly. I used just 3 fabrics and a background when constructing my original...and all pieces were from my scrap bin!
