A Springtime Summer Day

I heart this Summer Day Schnibbles quilt...I almost wish I had made it bigger except that I have the perfect spot for this when it's quilted and bound!

This quilt was made completely from scraps, too.  I know it took a little longer for the cutting because of that, but it was so much fun...every step of the way!

I've already taken it to the quilter...and she might have it for me on Monday! Did I mention I really, really love this little quilt?!

Oh, and to make things extra fast with the flying geese, I used Monique Dillard's Mini Fit to be Geese ruler.  (The regular-sized Fit to be Geese ruler will also work).

Thanks so much for stopping by...have a great day!

Love the quilt. The colors are so springy, and even more beautiful knowing that you made it from scraps.

That is so pretty - and I'm so envious of your perfect flying geese. Mine look nothing like that.

Oh what a gorgeous quilt. I really love it and am also very excited to read you've used Monique's ruler. I was very lucky and just won both the regular and the mini and am waiting for them to arrive. I hope I'll be able to understand them easily. I'm glad to see something as beautiful as your quilt was done using her ruler.
