A Little Sewing for Judi
I spent a little time at the end of February/beginning of March doing a little stunt sewing for Judi! This is Judi's latest design, Dahlia! (It's available for pre-order now and should be shipping around April 17th).
I love this quilt! The flowers are just fun, and they are all pieced, with no applique' to do! Most of the fabric is from the collection Lovely by Sandy Gervais--the background is Moda Bella Bleached White. (If I remember right the blue border fabric is also by Sandy Gervais but comes from another collection). You can see more photos of this great design and Judi's beautiful quilting here.
Thanks so much for stopping by...have a sew wonderful day!

What a great quilt!
What a perfect quilt for spring, who wouldn't want that quilt hanging in their sewing room, I just love it!
Great job on the piecing Sherri, the quilting is pretty sweet too ; ))
You did a beautiful job and the quilt looks fantastic. Love the picnic quilt below. That Central Park fabric is definately a winner.

It's adorable, and if you hadn't mentioned it, I wouldn't have looked closely enogh to see the flowers are pieced.
Your patten tester/stunt sewer dance card must be full...with a waiting list! Very pretty and the quilting is really amazing.

I really love this quilt too! I love the applique flower pots. I love applique!
It speaks of spring to me and I guess I'm just going to have to find it in quilts, because Michigan doesn't want spring to come, I guess! LOL
What a beautiful spring time quilt! You did a wonderful job. I love it!

It's wonderful, Sherri. A real beauty.
This quilt is so pretty and the flowers are wonderful. The fact they are pieced and not applique make it even more beautiful to me.

It's fabulous Sherri!!! Those flowers are amazing...at first I DID think they were hand appliqued!
It is hard to believe the flowers are all pieced. Looks like a lot of little pieces. You have a lot of patience. Nice job.

Well done to both of you, I had been to Green Fairy Quilts to shop, but actually didn't look at the blog or patterns, thanks for sharing!
Cute quilt. You have such a good eye for color and design. You know just how to arrange the fabric!
What a gorgeous quilt Sherri!
Thanks again Sherri - you pieced it beautifully!
Great job and great quilting!
Sherri, you and Judi make a great team. I love everything about this quilt. Thanks to both of you for sharing it :)
I love it! Great job.....beautiful! Stunt sewing LOL!!
How do you decide what quilting to do to make it look sooo darn good? I struggle with what designs to use. Love it, both quilting and the quilt itself.
Love it! You and Pam are the stunt sewing queens.
