Just Around the Corner...
It's hard to believe that International Quilt Market is just around the corner--I can hardly wait! The last of the market sewing fabrics arrived this morning, and I've been busy cutting out the last quilt. I still have a few bindings to make, but everything is almost checked off the list! Since I can't share anything I've been working on I found a few photos (because I just can't seem to blog without photos)! This first little sneak peek is something I was working on before the market sewing started...of course it still needs a binding!
And this is one of my favorite things lately...see the top container marked Moda Bella Bleached White 97? I put all my little left-overs in there, and it's come in so very handy. When I need small pieces it seems I've been able to cut them all from my scrap bin! I've also started a bin for Moda Bella Bleached White 98 since I recently discovered Bella 97 and 98 are very, very different shades of white!
And finally, something I found at a very reasonable price a couple of months ago...a hand-crafted quilt rack, beautifully finished. I still haven't decided which quilts I'm going to display on it, but I had to put a few on just to take a picture.
Well...that's all for now...back to sewing! I'm hoping to have time to make a couple of bags to take to market after the quilts are finished...we'll see about that...Have a great day!

Great quilt rack. I've been looking for something like that. Is it a one-of-a-kind or do you have a source?
You're making progress! Hope you don't get a last minute request like last time! We're in St. George right now enjoying the gorgeous weather!
